Robin Parker, County Councillor for Chells Division was successfully re-elected last night whilst also increasing his majority. Robin received 1368 hard fought votes with 38% of the vote.

Local Chells Liberal Democrat county councillor Robin Parker, who is also borough councillor for Manor, has announced that the VMS (Variable Message Sign) which was placed on the verge of Six Hills Way, near the junction with Marlborough Road, was taken down at about 19.20 Monday 8.4.2013.

Local Chells county councillor and Manor borough councillor, Liberal Democrat Robin Parker, has announced success over the newly erected Vehicle Message Sign (VMS) on the verge of Six Hills Way, near the junction with Marlborough Road, which will be removed by Hertfordshire County Council (HCC) highways engineers.
